Sex Crimes Task Force Nails Suspects for Prostitution

Two men are in custody, along with six women, after another prostitution sweep in Pasco with the Franklin County Prosecutor's office and the SARC (Support Advocacy and Resource Center).

The sweeps are done at least twice a year in the area, and are designed to target especially those who are engaging in sex trafficking.

The two men, Edward Leon Nelson, and Efrain Gonzalez, are facing a variety of chargtes. The six women's names are being withheld until it can be determined if they were victims of sex trafficking, or were forced into prostitution.

No other details released, due to an ongoing active investigation.
