I think it's interesting to see what is viewed as 'Ideal Body Type' And it certainly changes over the decades. I think it's just important to remember that 'Healthy Bodies' are Always In! And THAT should be the MOST important! If your body gives you back what you ask for it then you are doing well! We should keep our bodies as fit as possible to do the things that we love all throughout our lives and into old age! I know the saying is..."Health is Everything!' And I have to agree, I think that is true!
