Shoplifting Arrest Becomes Drug Bust

A lot of times, bigger crimes are realized after an initial contact. A woman was arrested in Walla Walla for allegedly shoplifting a pair of leggings from Grocery Outlet. 

After she was arrested, officers later found .4 grams of heroin on her.

She's being charged with third degree theft as well as possession of a controlled substance.
