We don't yet know if the 16-year-old driver who hit and killed a pedestrian in the roundabout behind the mall did anything wrong. We shouldn't pass judgment before we know the facts. But the second I heard this story two thoughts went through my mind. 1) Sixteen is too young to drive 2) Sixteen is too young to be laid with that burden. Do you agree?

Roundabouts are especially tough for new drivers. And I'm not sure teenagers today are as mature and responsible as they were 30-40 years ago -- they definitely have more distractions. Fewer teens are working today than decades past. It may be a good idea to raise the age to 18?
