Skittles Hires Marshawn Lynch + Releases New ‘Seattle Mix’ [PHOTO]
The Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company announced a deal with Marshawn Lynch today to officially endorse Skittles as well as the introduction of limited-edition "Seattle Mix" Skittles with only green and blue candies.
Marshawn Lynch loves the candies. His mother used to jokingly call them "power pellets." Lynch frequently has a big bowl of Skittles on the sidelines with him during games. To support their favorite player, 12th Man fans frequently bring Skittles to the games with them.
The free advertising has caused Seattle stores to run out of the candy on game days.
The William Wrigley Jr. Company will now pay Lynch (details unknown) and will donate $10,000 to his charity for every touchdown he scores Sunday.
