Some Advice From Cesar Milan on Fireworks and Dogs! [VIDEO]

My Dog gets so freaked out every year with the fireworks around the 4th of July! Even in a thunder storm my dog gets so filled with anxiety and she starts panting and shakes all over and tries to crawl up in my lap . I use the radio and turn it up loud and give her a room to go into if she feels she needs to go into that room.
