St Patrick’s Corned Beef & Cabbage Tradition
When I was little my mom used to make Corned Beef and Cabbage occasionally.
It was one of my favorites! I don’t even remember if she made it for St. Patrick’s or just for dinner. But, when I grew up and had kids, I cooked it every year for many many years each St. Patty’s Day!
Makes me wonder if my kids remember or will want it on that day as well! Funny how some traditions begin.
I haven’t made it since my kids grew up and moved out of the house. But, I think I just might make it this year!
