Spring Cleaning Streaky Windows! What’s the BEST Way to Clean Them?

I TRIED to do a little spring window cleaning over the weekend, and thought I did a good job. From where I sat it looked pretty good. Till the next morning, when the light shown right in the window and obviously I was WRONG!
