We started out 10 weeks ago with 12 couples. A few shocking eliminations later, it was down to three: Rob Kardashian and Cheryl Burke, J.R. Martinez and Karina Smirnoff, and Ricki Lake and Derek Hough. So who took home the big prize of that shiny mirrorball trophy?

On Monday, after more than two months of competition, Finals Night was upon us. Whee! All three remaining couples performed two routines — a regular dance and the beloved “freestyle” dance, where there are no rules and everyone just gets to have some fun for a change.

It’s all over. Regis Philbin is gone from our mornings. Friday marked Regis’ final ‘Live with Regis and Kelly’ episode, and friends and family gathered to bid the host farewell.
