hungry girl

Hey Gang just checking in with my "Hungry Girl" Diet challenge I started November 1st so tomorrow will be two weeks. These Muffins are amazing click for the recipe.

Here it is November 1st my 3rd weeding anniversary is coming up at the end of the month and I realize I've gained about 15 pounds. I guess that's pretty normal after getting married, however at my age (42) I can't let it happen. I recently watched an episode of Dr. OZ and saw this woman Lisa Lillien AKA "Hungry Girl" I thought she had some really great recipes...
