In a photo finish, Javier Colon was named the winner of the inaugural season of NBC’s popular reality-competition series ‘The Voice.’

According to host Carson Daly, Colon beat runner-up Dia Frampton by just two percent of the vote, making it a truly nail-biting finale

A tearful Colon thanked his fellow competitors, and was greeted by an overjoyed Adam Levine, who had coached Colon throughout the season.

Though she put on an impeccable show Wednesday night, America ultimately decided they didn't want to see Haley Reinhart in the next week's finals.

The 20-year-old Wheeling, IL, native was booted from 'American Idol' late Thursday night, leaving Scotty McCreery and Lauren Alaina to battle it out for the season 10 crown.
