Williams first made his cancer public knowledge in November 2011 when he made the announcement on stage at the Andy Williams Moon River Theater. But he assured fans that he wanted to fight it and that he didn't consider the diagnosis a "death sentence."

She is a fabulous vocalist and actress! And she certainly has proven herself a million times over. A split second mess up and the wrong thing came out of her mouth. She had no choice but to keep going.  Poor thing! I’m sure she feels awful!  I am,  however suprised at the people willing to ridicule her so harshly. We all make mistakes…I’m just sayin’!!
