Take the Pledge to NOT Drink & Drive!

Even those that are careful on a regular basis can be unprepared and reckless around the Holidays. Sometimes, unsuspected or unplanned for holiday gatherings, leave some without a plan for getting home after partaking of an alcoholic beverage.

Remember to plan ahead! And keep in mind, that having a 'Buzz' is just as dangerous as being fully drunk, when it comes to response time and a lapse in judgement!

I overheard a conversation today at the gym about people thinking it was okay to ' just have a few' as they traveled with friends out of town on a road trip! And my comment was 'It's always FUN, until someone is seriously injured or KILLED!

Please don't take chances! People we LOVE are out on the streets all the time. Do the responsible thing and don't drive if you are planning to drink!
