Taylor Swift Previews “I Knew You Were Trouble” on Good Morning America

Taylor Swift previewed “I Knew You Were Trouble,” a third song from her upcoming album Red, Monday morning on ABC’s Good Morning America.

I personally have to wonder if this song..is about John Mayer! Taylor says:

“It’s a song about being frustrated with yourself because here you are heartbroken and you knew when you first saw that person [that] you saw all these red flags and you just went for it anyway,” 22-year-old Taylor said of the track. “And it’s a song that’s one of my favorites on the album because it sounds just as chaotic as the feeling was when I wrote it.”

There are 16 tracks in all on Red, ten of which Taylor wrote and six of which she co-wrote.

Red will hit stores and online outlets on October 22. Taylor will mark the release with another appearance on Good Morning America, as well as a concert performance on GMA the next
