It happened in the wee hours this morning 4-22-16 according to the Kennewick Police say a 17 year old girl...

asked a paper delivery man for a ride in the area of 10th and Ione St. When he stepped out to drop some papers, she stole his Blazer. Pasco Police were waiting at the cable bridge as she entered their city. They chased her to 5th and Lewis where she ran into this building. She went to Juvy for the night.
