The Chapel I Got Married in May Close Its Doors

I'm pretty upset right now because I just read a story that "The Hitching Post" wedding chapel may close its doors because of same sex marriage.

This chapel just so happens to be where my husband's parents also were married. The Hitching post has been open and performing weddings for 95 years. However, the owner's religious beliefs are the reason behind them closing their doors.

I think the Bible is pretty clear that homosexuality is not His way, and therefore I cannot unite people in a way that I believe would conflict with what the Bible teaches," Hitching Post owner Donald Knapp said.

While I think it is his right to stand for his beliefs, it really makes me sad.
