The Storm That Ended My Gig at SagePort Grill For POPP!

Yikers! What a storm huh? I had a great time playing at SagePort Grill on Sunday for Pet Over Population Prevention

I was playing outside and all was going well, until people started pointing at the apparent clouds and dust behind me. I figured it would still be fine, and just as a joke started playing the song by Little Big Town "Tornado"

I had no sooner finished the song and it hit so hard it about knocked me off my feet! The dust and wind came in with a thud boom and bang! The tables all blew over. One table completely imploded! Don't ask me how that happened.

Everyone rushed to grab my equipment and we hauled it inside! The rain was coming down in huge golf ball size drops and the Thunder wind, dust and lightening made for a beautiful storm to watch. We all sat around inside and ate a wonderful Spaghetti dinner complete with garlic bread and salad, compliments of SagePort Grill. It was a ton of fun and I think we raised a good amount for Popp! Thanks to everyone who came out! Muah!
