A Tri-City Herald News Report says: A Kennewick massage therapist was arrested on suspicion of rape today and police are trying to determine if there are other victims who haven’t reported the sexual assault.
Juan Pablo Gonzalez Ochoa, 29, was arrested for having inappropriate sexual contact with a female client, said Mike Blatman, a Kennewick police spokesman.
The 50-year-old victim alleged the sexual assault occurred on April 18 during a therapeutic massage done by Ochoa at the Columbia Spinal Rehabilitation Center, 1721 W. Kennewick Ave., Blatman said.
Ochoa was previously accused of a similar crime on Oct. 2, 2008. Details on that incident were not immediately known.
