Tracie: I am actually nominating an exceptional woman instead of myself. She is the most deserving of a makeover. She is currently a therapeutic foster parent for two boys. Therapeutic foster parents go ABOVE and beyond trying to keep kids from going into institutions. Their behaviors are so bad I have seen my mom's hair turn gray before my eyes. From screaming, throwing, punching, kicking and more these kids have told my mom she's fat, she's ugly, she's old. She also takes care of my grandma who has multiple sclerosis. She hears the same things from her own mother (she's ugly, fat, old, blonde) and I think that a makeover could do the thing to really give herself a boost of self respect and a positive body image. I admire my mom and her struggles every day and I don't know anyone more deserving of rejuvenation.

Alyssa: I need one! With 5 kids ranging from 16 to 8 -- all involved in numerous sports and activities -- being on my A-game is bottom of the list. Let's just say sometimes just getting a shower is a win for the day. This would be a chance for me to renew and reset, which of course benefits my family in the long run because you know when momma feels good, the family feels its best! Pick me!

Amanda: My wardrobe consists of plain white tee shirts, football jerseys and scrubs for work. Almost all ofwhich came from a thrift store. I cut my own hair and couldn't tell you the last time someone else has done so. I don't even own make up. I wouldn't know what color or brand to even choose.

Angie: Because I am a hard worker, a good mom and wife, and frankly I am just a jeans and t-shirt girl trying to change up my style!

Nicole: I'm starting to feel like the outside reflects what the inside feels... I'm a halfway there and I have no doubt I will arrive stronger than I ever imagined I could be! I gave up a lifetime of bad habits and change the way I care for my body, completely. I can't believe the changes...smaller hands, feet, legs, arms and smaller waist! I am forever changed and can't wait to reach my goal. A makeover would be the best way to start looking like the new me.

Lisa: I'm 44 years young, married with 8 grown kids and 4 grandkids. I run my own little dog grooming business that can keep me busy. My spare time is usually spent playing with grandkids. I work closely with Mikeys Chance dog rescue and offer free grooming to the dogs in the program. I love the sunshine, dancing and being with my family. I've lived such an enormously busy life over the years never taking much time for myself. I feel odd entering this contest but my kids are always telling me I need to do things for myself like get a pedi or new clothes. It's always been more important to me to make sure everyone else is taken care of first. My entire closet and dresser consist of thrift store bargains and I literally own 2 pairs of somewhat nice jeans. My makeup consists of a dab of mascara and my hair never sees anything more exciting then a clip to pull my bangs back.

Pam: I have lost 115 lbs and sometimes don't see it. I don't know how to do makeup anymore. I've let my hair go to its natural color and don't know how to deal with it. Would love to be pampered.

Nakia: I'm actually doing this for my sister. She's a single mom and busts her tush to take care of everyone. About six months ago she got hurt at work and this has killed her spirit. Now she's using her time off to take care of our mom who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. She's in a funk and really could use a boost of confidence.

Helen: I work full time, attend school full time, and am married with two little girls. I feel like I still look 17 and I'm in my mid-twenties. I try to "update" my look but it always ends with weird hair and a graphic t-shirt. I hope one day I'll feel/look like an adult. Maybe I need a professional jump start? This would be great, especially with the holidays right around the corner.

Kandi: I'm not sure if my picture needs words? But I'm having a baby a couple days before Christmas and could use a self esteem boost and would love to look good and feel good in Christmas pictures this year.I have some scary split ends and even caterpillars look slim compared to my brows.

Sabrina: I have been too busy to do anything for myself. I have been helping to take care of my great niece who is 2 months old. It has been hard for my sister to take care of both her granddaughters. I have been having bad stomach problems but family comes first. I am not a selfish person. But I haven't had the time or money to take very good care of myself.
