Walmart has made a huge change for Black Friday and eliminated all door buster deals. You know, the ones that cause people to trample over their neighbors to save a few bucks. The company says it is trying to simplify the Black Friday experience and still offer great deals, but this year they will all be available online as well as in stores. "Our plan is fundamentally, make shopping easier for our customers," says Steve Bratspies, Walmart's chief merchandising officer. "It’s about deals, it’s about availability and it’s about simplicity.

One thing they are bringing back is the one hour guaranteed items. They will have 5 items that you are guaranteed to get if you are lined up between 6 pm and 7 pm on Thanksgiving. Those items include an iPad Air 2, Beats headphones, an Xbox One, an HP Touch laptop and a 55-inch LG TV. The product or a rain check for guaranteed delivery before Christmas will be available with those items.

There is also a huge push to use the mobile app for purchases. You can actually flip through the ad page and buy the items right there in the app. Simple and easy.
