Washington Now Requires Everyone to Pass a Boaters Safety Couse – Except For

We finally joined the thousands of boat owners this week. The Tri-Cities is a whole lot more fun with a boat. Did you know you must now by law take a boaters safety course and pass a test to legally operate any watercraft 15 hp or more!

My husband took the course and say's it is a really good thing for everyone to pass. The is one exemption that will make some of you smile no one over 59 years has to take the test.
