I have my own reasons for eating lots of Blueberries! Top of the list, is just that I love them! Not to mention they are healthy, filled with anti-oxidants. They are easy to take for a  great snack and, you can add them to all kinds of things to add flavor. Like Cottage Cheese, or cereal. And they are affordable especially during this time of year when they are in season.

But what you may not know about Blueberries is even more important!

Apparently eating Blueberries can:

1. Activate abdominal fat burning cells.

2. Protect parts of the brain against some environmental toxins.

3. Decrease free radicals linked to aging.

4. Decrease age related memory loss.

5. Decrease the decline of motor skills that comes with aging.
