Whats on Your Christmas Menu This Year?

I am going to have a house full this Christmas. I was trying to decide what to serve on my table this year. so I looked up Christmas Dinner and according to Wikipedia there are tons of choices depending on your ethnic background.Since I am of English/Irish heritage I think I'm just going with the traditional turkey & stuffing ham & mashed potatoes and all the traditional sides like cranberry sauce and greenbean casserole. In years past I have even done a prime rib roast.
