Simple recipe!  And VERY TASTY! However... My room-mate Karen and I apparently didn't take it all seriously enough! I couldn't find my rimmed baking sheet...and that is where it began to go wrong! Then, when I was trying to transfer cabbage steaks to a pan with a rim (so it wouldn't spill over and smoke us out!) I dropped it on the floor!

As You can see,in the video...We had more fun than we should have! But,  I will say  that the remaining portions turned out spectacular!  And were really quite good!!  I chose to put a small bite size piece of the cabbage on a slice of White Cheddar Cheese as an appetizer!  With a glass of wine, it was heavenly!

RECIPE
Slice Cabbage in Thick Slices and place on a rimmed baking sheet.
Rub: Olive Oil, Course Salt and Pepper on both sides.
Sprinkle with small diced pieces of fresh garlic.
Bake for 30 minutess at 400 degrees then turn over and bake an additional 30 Minutes!
It is REALLY TASTY!
