I have an excuse, or a reason, not to focus on my significant other on Valentine's Day. I still try to squeeze in dinner, and I always try to get a gift, but Feb. 14 is never about my woman. Here's why:

MY DAUGHTER WAS BORN ON VALENTINE'S DAY!

So every Feb. 14 is about her. It's HER day. Like I said, I try to squeeze in the traditional stuff, but instead of asking my significant other what she'd like to do for Valentine's Day, I always ask my daughter first.

Lucky for me, my wife Kelly also puts the kids first, so it works out.

Do you know someone with a birthday on a holiday? Is it cool or crappy?

I think it'd be awesome to have a birthday on President's Day or Memorial Day. Stacy says it'd be fun to have a birthday on St. Patrick's Day or New Year's Eve because there would ALWAYS be a party! I knew someone with a birthday on Dec. 26 and that sucked.
