Women Helping Women Fund Tri-Cities 12th Annual Benefit Luncheon Featuring Elizabeth Smart

Elizabeth Smart, will be the guest speaker at the annual luncheon Monday October 22nd at the TRAC Center in Pasco.

Kidnapped and brutalized at age 14 by a man who claimed God had commanded him to do so, Elizabeth Smart has become an advocate for change related to child abduction, recovery programs and National Legislation.
