Try Yummy Beef Enchiladas in the Crockpot [RECIPE]

I found this recipe in my email inbox yesterday with the video of how to make it. So after a failed attempt to take a nap I decided to make it… WOW, I was impressed at how simple it was to throw together and how delicious it turned out! Here’s the how to video and my photos of my actual dish.
You’ll need a pound of ground beef, a packet of taco seasoning mix, a can of “cream of mushroom,” a can of “cream of chicken,” 12 ounces of your favorite salsa, 15 corn tortillas cut in quarters, and a lot of Mexican cheese (cup and a half at least).
