Artists Needed to Create Kennewick Roundabout Art

Roundabout art defines a city. I think the metal spheres in the roundabout at Olympia and 45th in Kennewick are pretty cool. I'm not sure what the art is in the new roundabouts on Queensgate, honestly. Have you got what it takes to create something cool for the center of a roundabout?
