Wax museum Madame Tussauds are famous for their statues of famous celebrities and historical figures. They are usual on-point with their life-size figurines, but when it came to Beyoncé -- they totally missed the mark.

Apparently, the Beyoncé statue has reappeared at Madame Tussauds in New York and shockingly it looks nothing like the R&B superstar. In the photo above, you can see that Queen Bey looks like a white woman. They pretty much gentrified Beyonce and made her look like a white pop star, alá Britney Spears or Lindsey Lohan.

We don't know who designed the statue, but the artist has a lot of explaining to do. Fans are understandably upset and expressed their outrage on Twitter. Some people are wondering how Madame Tussauds was able to make the recently unveiled Kylie Jenner statue look so much like her, but failed miserably with the Beyoncé statue.

"How they mess up Beyoncé SO BADLY but got Kylie Jenner's lookin like a long lost twin?!" wrote one fan.

"You don't even have to be a fan to tell that Madame Tussauds wax figure of Beyonce looks absolutely NOTHING like her. That's how bad it is," tweeted another person.

In the end, Madame Tussauds needs to go back and perform a do-over with the Beyoncé statue. Reps for the museum company has not responded to the fans' outrage. Check out the reactions below.
