A rural Pierce County, WA, woman is facing multiple charges and is the subject of an investigation after she was accused of possession of child porn among other crimes.

The woman, identified as 18-year-old Victoria Del Carmen, was a nanny or baby sitter who had advertised on the website care.com. The site helps parents find child care and other related services for their children.

Del Carmen reportedly admitted to authorities she views and shares child porn several times a month. She is facing four counts of child porn possession, but area officials have reached out seeking other potential victims.

The case began when the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) alerted deputies that child porn images were being shared to an IP (or computer) address at a location in rural Pierce County. The NCMEC is one of many agencies that thoroughly comb and monitor the web, looking for such transmissions and sharing.

When deputies arrived they found multiple doll parts, a life-like baby doll, diapers, panties, and baby clothes. They also seized several electronic devices and found conversations about sexually explicit acts regarding infants and toddlers.

Del Carmen reportedly told authorities she is aroused by such activity. The search continues for more potential victims, and officials are contacting everyone who may have utilized her services. Deputies did not say how long Del Carmen had been active as a sitter or nanny, or how long her listing had been on care.com.

They also did not say if there were any children under her care or at the home at the time of the raid and arrest.
