Lamb Weston's Hermiston plant was built back in 1972 and is expanding in a big way. They're going to invest about $250 million into the plant that will make millions of pounds of frozen potato products more than it currently is.

That means jobs.

It's pretty amazing to think that when you travel across the country or across the world, there's a good chance the french fries in your hand came from right here in our own back yard.
