A 37-year-old man is facing felony charges after being arrested late Saturday night.

Kennewick police say a female taxi driver was transporting Dustin Altshuler to a location when he grabbed her back the back of her neck and would not let go.

She was able to free herself, but then he allegedly groped her. She was not far from the Porter's gas station on 27th and Highway 395, and she pulled into the parking lot. Police say the woman got out of the vehicle, called 911, and waiting for police to arrive.

Surprisingly the suspect did not leave the vehicle or run when she pulled in. Police interviewed both of them at the scene. He was arrested.

Altshuler is facing suspicion of indecent liberties by force, which is a Class A felony.
