Just because the white stuff passed us by, that doesn't mean it didn't fall elsewhere. This morning, Snoqualmie Pass was closed to ice and snow. The pass is back open, but it's slow going for sure. Drivers are required to have chains and WSDOT is saying that travelers should add at least 45 minutes to their drive times if they're using the pass. So, if you're headed up north, bundle up, make sure you have chains, water, and bring plenty of snacks for road so you don't starve getting over the pass.
