Richland Drunk Crashes Car Into Power Poll & Causes Outage

A drunk driver caused a power outage in Richland after striking a power poll early Friday morning. Richland PD posted a summary of the incident on their Facebook page. They say the crash knocked out traffic lights at Gage and Leslie and knocked out power to people in the area.
