Pro Football Hall of Fame QB Warren Moon has been granted a leave of absence from his position in the Seattle Seahawks radio booth as analyst, as he deals with allegations of sexual harassment by an assistant in his sports marketing firm in a recently filed California lawsuit.

The court documents allege Moon made "unwanted and unsolicited" sexual advances as part of Wendy Haskell's role as his assistant working for Sports 1 Marketing. Moon is the co-founder and president of the company.

According to the lawsuit, after being hired as Moon's assistant in the summer of 2017, Haskell was forced to sleep in the same bed with Moon on business trips while wearing lingerie. She claims Moon required her to keep the bathroom door unlocked while she showered and Moon repeatedly entered the room. She complained about the arrangement but Moon allegedly responded, "this was the way it was."

Also, during a trip to Mexico in October, the lawsuit states Moon allegedly pulled Haskell's swimsuit off on one occasion and on another, Moon is accused of drugging Haskell because he thought she wasn't "having fun."

After reporting Moon's behavior to the CEO of the company, the lawsuit states her claims were not investigated and moreover she was demoted after speaking up.

"Perverse protocol" said the woman's attorney, "my client had no idea these were job requirements....she only hoped to further her career in the sports marketing industry."

Moon played parts of 17 NFL seasons with Houston, Minnesota, Seattle and Kansas City. He was enshrined in the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2006. He won 5 Grey Cup titles in the CFL with the Edmonton Eskimos and led the Washington Huskies to a Rose Bowl victory in college.
