One of the most enjoyable activities outdoors around my home is cooking. I'm one of those who use the barbecue grill year-round. It's located under a cover in what amounts to be sort of a quasi outdoor kitchen area. Added to that this past year, a smoker, and there's plenty of reason to be cooking outside!

I like to keep it simple. I only have two rules and these apply no matter what kind of grill you have and whether you like rare or well done.

I've noticed men who don't normally even like to cook at all in the kitchen, are downright THRILLED to Grill outside! What's up with that? It's like all of a sudden cooking becomes MANLY if it's done outside! And some men even get quite cocky about what they think are Award Winning Entree's like RIBS,or STEAK! Do YOU have a specialty that you think you grill really well?
