lobster lasagna

I came across Langostino meat last year at Costco and was looking for a great way to prepare it. Lobster Lasagna is what I came up with. 1st let's discuss what Langostino meat is; according to Wikipedia it is the meat of the squat lobster, which is neither a true lobster nor a prawn. It is more closely related to porcelain crabs and hermit crabs.
