I saw a TikTok last week that said you can communicate with your cat when you are ready to listen. Make eye contact and do a slow blink (this connects with them and is basically saying I love you) then ask them what they need or want.
The days now will gradually become longer and nights shorter culminating at the longest day of the year, June 20th, when Spring passes the torch to Summer. Of course, many will begin the task of outlining a grand 'to do list' for themselves and their husbands, I mean, spouses, which will likely involve all kinds of spring cleaning both inside and outside of the home.
We all know what Groundhog Day is. Every February 2nd we bring our friend Punxsutawney Phil out of his home in hopes that we will have some warm weather on the horizon, but he is not the only one we ask. There are Groundhog Day celebrations all around the country, so what do the other guys say?
Plenty of you answered the survey about "what I can't wait to do now that it's spring!" I thought I'd show you some of the answers!
Hope you all got a chance to do some of those things this past wk end. I was able to ride. But, nope....
We're waited a long time to be sure winter was 100 percent gone. It's still chilly some days, and it's raining today, but it's definitely spring... and I can't wait! I think for me, the first thing I want to do on a nice warm spring day is ride my horse in a summer dress bareback and barefoot! I love to feel the sun on my face and rub my feet on his soft coat. How bout you?
It’s spring and it’s tennis time. Unfortunately, it’s still getting dark early so our opportunities for playing are limited. But 98.3 The Key has come to the rescue! Here are the courts in the Tri-Cities with night lights so you can play after dinner...
Thanks to Justin Cargill for his time and co-operation!
How long has disc golf been around?
What got you interested in it? What do you like about it?
I own a pro-shop, Island View Disc Golf.
Where can you do it around here...
