It's a long holiday weekend and the first big weekend of the yard sale season.  I've hosted a few yard sales over the years and I've come up with a list of my top 5 pet peeves for yard sales.

My boyfriend Tony & I had this great idea that we would scale down, get rid of stuff  that is just crowding our space and clear it out! So we decided somewhat impulsively to have a Yard Sale! Sounds like a good idea right?
