An over-the-top video from the Washington State Patrol is emphasizing their crackdown on drivers who camp in the left lane and just cruise along to their heart's content. This driver emphasis begins in earnest on Tuesday.

Two years ago, nearly 14,000 tickets were issued for drivers in the left lane who were just camped there with no attempt to pass. The ticket is now $136 is you are caught driving in the left lane with no passing action.
