Who is This Cute Guy on TV’s ‘Brothers & Sisters’ ?

I've been kind of a Netflix Junkie late at night if I can't sleep, and I started watching the whole series of "Brothers & Sisters" with Sally Field. Anyway, Kevin the brother is having a relationship with this cute guy.  I took a pic of him on my TV because he apparently is a star I've never seen before.

Keep in mind, I never watch TV, so you all probably know who he is and I just don't. But, I found him extremely attractive. Not that it matters...LOL, I'll never meet him, but I was curious about who he is. Can you tell me?

He has the cutest smile and mannerisms. I just think he's very handsome!
