11 Tri-City Area Children Will Be Adopted On National Adoption Day

National Adoption Day is a national day of celebration of adoptive families and an opportunity for courts to open their doors and finalize the adoptions of children in foster care.Just an FYI there are over 1,600 children legally free children in foster care in the State of Washington alone that are available to be adopted.
