Another Man Drowns While Boating! What’s Under the Water?

A fourth man has drowned in the rivers this summer. The most recent was a 23 year old who jumped in the Yakima River near Prosser -- the same location another man drowned just one month ago. What's going on?!

These shocking and tragic events are reminders to all of us to remember boating safety.

Two men have died near Prosser. Two men have died where the Snake River meets the Columbia (one in Two Rivers Park and one in Sacajawea Park). What's so dangerous about those two areas?

• Is there a river monster? Like that 11-foot sturgeon that guy caught?
• Is it undertow? What's under the surface causing those currents?
• Is there a curse? (not to be insensitive but it's SO WEIRD!)
