A Tri-Cities man shared a bad experience he had at a restaurant on a local Facebook group. Today he deleted it saying Bob Kildall, founder of Bob's Burgers & Brew, had called him personally.

The man who went to Facebook said he enjoys Bob's Burgers often and has a favorite server. The server was off but they wanted to go anyway. They had a bad experience and one thing led to another and they left before finishing their meal. Details unknown.

The man said Bob Kildall talked to him for over half an hour, saying he'd reached out to the man's regular server and confirmed he was a good customer. Bob apologized and said his corporate office would call to apologize as well. He also gave the man his personal cell phone number!

Bob Kildall is from Lyndon, Washington, where he worked at local restaurants until saving up enough to purchase a drive-in at age 25. Since that time he's run successful eateries all over Washington before starting Bob's Burgers & Brews, which now has two locations in Tri-Cities, one in Yakima, and at least 9 on the West Side.

The company continues to be led by Bob with his commitment to quality, value and passion for excellence. He delights in the opening of new restaurants and taking an active role in many different areas. He continues to inspire by advocating hard work, emphasizing education and giving support in pursuing dreams... just as he has done!"

What a cool guy!
