Check Out My Daughter’s Prize Pig at the Benton Franklin Fair!

I was working at the zombie bus yesterday at the Benton Franklin Fair & Rodeo when my daughter came running up. She's a finalist in her 4-H category! Check out her photo!
She raises pigs every year for the 4-H. This year she made it to the champions round for Market Class category! The pigs go to auction tomorrow and she's already had buyers say they're impressed. Last year she made $1,200!

It's really hard for her to see them go to auction after raising them since piglets, but she learns a ton of great lessons from 4-H. One is how to handle a big pig. If that animal won't cooperate she gets behind that guy and uses her knee. IT'LL COME IN HANDY WHEN SHE'S DATING -- says Stacy Lee!
