I love Ice Cream so much! but now days you can't find it without the high fructose corn syrup in it! Plus, it always seems to upset my stomach!  So, now that I buy only Pure Eire Dairy fresh pasteurized milk, (not homogenized) and it's from grass fed dairy cows in Othello, I decided to make some of my own ice cream!

I'm using 2 C whole milk and 2C Cream and 3/4 C sugar
