Last October 2017 I weighed in at 231 pounds. I am 5'8 and though I held my weight well, I was WAY too heavy. It's now July 2018 and I weigh 177! I am five pounds away from my goal weight, honestly though I have been since March of 2018. How did I do it?
I track my food, I know how many calories go in my body and how many I am burning. I know if I want to lose 1-3 pounds a week I need to eat about 1,200 calories and if I want to maintain my weight I get to pop it up to about 1,600. I used to eat well over 2,200 and I LOVE food so much I can tell I want to start doing that again. SO I lean on the support group I created called Get It Right! Get It Tight! I run it with my awesome friend Michelle who is also a certified trainer and weight-loss coach! She used to live in Yakima, WA but has since moved back to New York to be closer to family. Sad for me but at the same time great for us because now we are officially coast to coast!
Michelle is working on building clients in the New York area and WE in the group are reaping the benefits because she has time to have a FREE Sunday evening support group at 5pm Pacific Standard Time 8pm EDT. She has been doing some live cooking videos. I at some point will attempt it again hahaha. We share struggles, achievements and don't ask you to buy things.
