Kennewick Child Wanted for 2 Felony Warrants!
How does this happen? How does a child not even old enough to drive get two felonies?
They served a warrant at a nearby home but he wasn't inside.
He is on the lam and police are actively searching for him.
A lot of 15 year olds get into fights... and I've known a few who went through phases of kleptomania... but felony charges for assault and burglary? Something seriously went wrong with this kid. Hopefully he can turn his life around. It's DEFINITELY not too late.
