1. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning 1/12/15-1/25/15(“Where's Red in the Mid Columbia”), Monday-Sunday, identify the photo's location and be the correct caller to win one of 10 $25 gift cards given away each work day during promotion. Limit one (1) entry per person/phone number/household per day during the Promotion. Multiple entries received from any person/phone number/household in any day are void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means, or by any means which subvert the entry process are void.  Non-winning entries will not roll over to following days’ drawings.

1. ELIGIBILITY: Promotion is open to all legal residents of the Mid Columbia listening area 18 years of age or older at time of entry, except employees of Red Robin®, a division of Red Robin® (“Sponsor”), CRN International, Inc., participating Station and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members (e.g., spouse and parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of each, whether or not related.  Void outside the [Market] listening area and where taxed, prohibited or restricted by law.  Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

1. DRAWING: Station will randomly choose one potential winner from among all eligible entries received for the applicable weekday and award one daily prize. Decisions of judges are final and binding.  All prize awards are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.   Odds of winning a Daily Prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing.  Decisions of KEYW FM and all judges are final in all respects. Limit one prize per household.  No more than the stated number of prizes in any prize category will be awarded.  In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes in any prize category, as set forth in these Official Rules, to be available and/or claimed, sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes in a prize category by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims for that category.

1. PRIZES:  The following prizes, in the quantity noted and having the listed approximate retail value (“ARV”), are available to be awarded:

Daily Prize: One (1) $25 Gift Card will be awarded to each verified Daily Winner. TOTAL Daily Prizes ARV: [$25]

Station is responsible for awarding prizes to winners. Prizes are awarded "AS IS." Neither Sponsor, Station, nor Sponsor and Station affiliates, their respective parents, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies make or offer any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) in connection with this Promotion or any prize.  Prize details and availability are subject to change, in which case a prize of comparable or greater value may be substituted at Sponsor's sole discretion.  Prizes consist only of the items listed, are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion.  Federal, state, or local taxes on prizes, if any, and any other costs, fees or expenses not listed above are the sole responsibility of winner. Limit one (1) Daily Prize per person/phone number/household.

1. WINNER REQUIREMENTS: To claim the Daily Prize, Station may require winner to complete, sign, and return Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release/Publicity Release (unless prohibited) forms, and other applicable documents, which may require a social security number, to be postmarked within ten (10) days of the date of issuance.  At Station’s discretion, winner may be required to produce picture or some other form of proper identification to claim prize. If potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to timely claim the prize, is disqualified, fails to timely execute and return any required forms, or if any documents are returned as undeliverable, potential winner will be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion, prize may be awarded to an alternate winner for the drawing at issue.  Under no circumstances will more than the advertised number of prizes be awarded.

1. PUBLICITY & MARKETING: Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its designees to use winner’s name, voice, statements, image and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, in any medium, now or hereafter devised, in any manner, worldwide in perpetuity, without further compensation, permission or notice, unless prohibited by law.  Submission of contact information in connection with this Promotion (whether or not required), including mailing address, phone number, and email address during entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to add entrant to Sponsor’s customer database and to contact entrant in the future for promotional and other reasons

1. NO LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION:  Sponsor, CRN International, Inc., participating Station, Station Affiliates and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) are not responsible for and entrants release each from lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, undelivered, delayed or garbled entries, or for any failures of any kind (whether caused by computer, network, telephone carrier, technical, mechanical,  human or other error) which may either limit the entrant’s ability to submit an entry, claim a prize, or otherwise participate in this Promotion, or Station’s ability to execute this Promotion in the manner intended.  Entrants further release and agree to indemnify Released Parties from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever arising from injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with this Promotion including, but not limited to: (a) the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded; (b) any travel or prize-related activity; (c) any typographical, printing or other error in these Official Rules or any other materials related to the Promotion; and (d) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers used by an entrant or Station.  Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion.

1. OTHER TERMS: Decisions of Sponsor and Station on all matters related to the Promotion are final and binding.  By participating, you agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules.  Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion for any reason, including but not limited to, if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Promotion, or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the Promotion as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. If terminated, Sponsor may, at its discretion, award the prize(s) for the drawing(s) at issue from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received for such drawing(s) up to the time of such action.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify or prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation or with any provision in these Official Rules and void all associated entries. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL & CIVIL LAWS. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND/OR SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY INDIVIDUAL MAKING ANY SUCH ATTEMPTS TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
