Lindsay Lohan Is Out of Jail Already! Facility Couldn’t Hold Her
Now we can add one more thing to the list of things shorter than the Kim Kardashian-Kris Humphries marriage: the jail stay of Lindsay Lohan.
TMZ reports that the troubled actress has already been released from jail. She was supposed to stay at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, CA for 30 days, but was released early this morning at 1:30 a.m. after residing there for a whopping four and a half hours.

Lindsay Lohan Sentenced to 30 Days in Jail for Violating Her Probation
Like a real-life game of Monopoly, Lindsay Lohan is again going directly to jail.
During a court appearance on Wednesday, she admitted violating her probation and has been ordered to turn herself in before November 9 to begin serving a 30-day sentence in the Los Angeles County Jail. However, a sheriff’s department spokesperson says Lohan will likely serve just 20 percent of that sentence, or six days, due to overcrowding.

Maybe that rooftop barbeque wasn’t such a good idea. According to TMZ, troubled actress Lindsay Lohan is headed back to court Thursday after she tested positive last week for alcohol, a violation of her parole.
The report says that the 24-year-old ‘Mean Girls’ star failed one of two alcohol tests, one of which was administered right after her infamous rooftop party. Lohan did not test positive for drugs, however.
